Delivery Information


Processing your order

Our automatic system will let you know if the item is in stock or not. In the rare case of the goods not found in our stock we will contact you as soon as possible by email. You may choose to swap the product or have a partial/full refund.

We aim to reduce waste and to recycle as much as possible as part of our eco-friendly business ethic, therefore we re-use packaging where possible including any clean box we can recycle from our local shops, to prepare our parcels for delivery.

We also aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and try our hardest to provide same day dispatch for orders placed before 12 noon; however this is not something we can guarantee. We will advise on the expected postage date for you, but please note that there is no date guarantee as part of couriers’ policy.

Deliveries only from Monday to Friday (including 24 hours delivery).

24 hours delivery orders placed on Fridays, will be delivered  the following Monday

When you give us a delivery address, please consider whether you will be in to receive the parcel – it is sometimes worthwhile having the parcel delivered to your work address.

In UK we aim to use:

Royal Mail First class small parcel service for small orders with less than 1 kg of weight.

Royal Mail Second class signed for when the order is up to 2 kg of weight.

Collect plus for orders above 2 kg.

Please note that when using collect+ we will contact you to check if you prefer to  pick up your parcel at a point near your home, without having to wait for it at home.

At checkout you have the choice between Royal Mail and couriers listed in postagesupermarket.com

Postage to Northern Ireland

For orders under £50.00 just £3.00 delivery fee

They will be charged at the flat rate of £3.00

We will send your parcel via Collect plus (3-5 days delivery excluding Saturdays and Sundays) or;

via Second class Royal Mail (3 to 5 days delivered) . We will let you know the courier used and when your order has been dispatched. Second class Royal Mail proof of postage will be used as the only way to prove we post it to you. If you are not happy with it, please let us know not to send it with this courier.

If you required a quicker option, please send us an email to info@ecopipo.co.uk and we will let you know the extra cost for 24 hour delivered (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

For orders over £50 free of charge

There will be no charge for these orders

We will send your parcel via Collect plus (3-5 days delivery excluding Saturdays and Sundays) or;

via Second class Royal Mail (3 to 5 days delivered) . We will let you know the courier used and when your order has been dispatched. Second class Royal Mail proof of postage will be used as the only way to prove we post it to you. If you are not happy with it, please let us know not to send it with this courier.

Postage to Mainland Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)

For orders under £50.00 just £3.00 delivery fee

They will be charged at the flat rate of £3.00

First class Royal mail if less than 1  kg or Second class Royal Mail signed for(3 to 5 days delivered) if more than 1 kg and up to 2 kg. We will let you know when your order has been dispatched. First and Second class Royal Mail proof of postage will be used as the only way to prove we post it to you. For Second class we will accept Royal Mail signature registration as proof of delivery.

European Delivery

We can ship any Ecopipo® products to any country in the European Union or to any countries that belong to the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) or any other country in the European continent.

We have Authorised Distributors in different countries in Europe. We encourage you always to buy from them, as this will reduce your postage cost.

The postage of your orders will be charged according to their weight and our system offers you an option with Royal Mail or through couriers that work with postage supermarket.com to help you to find the best rate for your parcel.

Missing or undelivered parcels?

If you do not receive your order within 7 days please contact us on info@ecopipo.co.uk

In cases where courier cards have been left at your address, but parcels are not collected, the parcel will be returned to us. In these cases you may be required to pay additional postage costs for the item to be re-sent.

Before ordering please bear this in mind if you have holidays planned and will not be available to receive your parcel.

On the rare occasion a parcel gets lost in transit when using a carrier, we will re-send the item once it has been confirmed lost by the carrier. We will then pursue our loss with them.

To support our claim we need you to write a letter stating that the goods were not delivered to you personally, neither left on a secure place in your house nor left with a neighbour.

If a delivery attempt was unsuccessful because the parcel was refused at the delivery address, the courier will contact you to arrange a re-delivery and in most instances you will be charge a re-delivery fee to cover costs.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that any security gate personnel are aware of expected deliveries.

Any item which is damaged or faulty upon arrival, should be reported to us within 7 days of receipt so that we may take the appropriate action. Please see our Ecopipo.terms and conditions
